50% Medicinal Ethanol, Valeriana officinalis, Matricaria chamomilla, Passiflora Incarnata, Scutellaria Laterifolia.
Adult Dosage: 30-40 drops in a little water and drink before bed.
Child Dosage: 10-20 drops in a little water and drink before bed.
Shake well before use. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 30ºC. Not to be taken during pregnancy. No artificial preservatives or flavourings. No known contra-indications.
