Add a teaspoon amount into your tea infuser or provided reusable tea bag and add to boiling water, letting the bag/infuser seep for at least 5 minutes.
First and second trimester: 1-2 cups a day
Third trimester: 2-5 cups a day along with 1-2 capsules of herbay red raspberry leaf capsules
After birth: 1-2 cups a day along with 1-2 capsules.
